ADNOC today announced His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, and Managing Director and Group CEO of ADNOC, and members of ADNOC’s executive leadership team, joined Etihad Rail’s first rail journey that connects the cities of Abu Dhabi and Al Dhannah. Abu Dhabi National Oil Company P.J.S.C. (“ADNOC”) and OCI Global (Euronext: OCI) (“OCI”), today announced that they have entered into a sale and purchase agreement (the “SPA” or the “Agreement”) for the acquisition by ADNOC of OCI’s entire majority shareholding in Fertiglobe plc (ADX: FERTIGLB) (“Fertiglobe"). ADNOC Opens the Region’s First High-Speed Green Hydrogen Refueling Pilot Station

ADNOC, today announced that it has opened “H2GO”, the region’s first high-speed green hydrogen pilot refueling station, to test a fleet of zero-emission hydrogen-powered vehicles. The station, which is located on land provided by Masdar City and operated by ADNOC Distribution, will create green hydrogen from water using an electrolyser powered by clean grid electricity.
