In 2016, Dr Al Jaber was appointed Group CEO of ADNOC. At the direction of the UAE Leadership, he has led a rapid and comprehensive transformation through domestic and international expansion, strengthened financial performance and fostered a more commercial mindset. Throughout ADNOC’s transformation, he has prioritized the adoption of breakthrough technologies including AI, to ensure ADNOC remains a key contributor to the UAE’s economy, and builds on its position as one of the most advanced, sustainable and efficient oil and gas producers in the world.
