ENACT convenes global leaders in energy, technology, investment and policy, to catalyze energy action for the advancement of sustainable economic prosperity and human progress. Rooted in Emirati identity and the principles of inclusivity, openness and mutual respect, it brings together diverse voices to align action plans and accelerate solutions.
Gathering on 2 November 2025, the third ENACT Majlis explored how we ignite the twin-engines of energy and AI to turbo-charge economies. We have built on the insights and lessons of the previous discussions, assessing what has changed and where progress has been made. We have looked deeper into the solutions, regions, markets, and success stories that can guide the next stage of action.
