Advancing Towards Net Zero

We are on a transformational journey to cut back emissions not progress in support of an inclusive and orderly energy transition.

Our strategy to achieve this is two-fold. To relentlessly decarbonize today’s energy for as long as the world still requires hydrocarbons. And to invest in the lower-carbon solutions, new energies and value chains that will shape the energy system of tomorrow.

We also recognize that the world must move together towards net zero.

With like-minded partners, we are deploying and scaling up the new and emerging technologies and solutions that will enable both our net zero operations by 2045 ambition, and global progress towards a sustainable future.
