NOTE:
  1. VESSEL OLDER THAN 20 YEARS WILL BE SUBJECT TO DAYLIGHT INSPECTION BY PETROLEUM PORT AUTHORITY (PPA) PRIOR BERTHING, IN CASE THE VSL ARRIVING LATER THAN 1500 HRS. LOCAL TIME WILL BE BERTHED WITH FIRST DAYLIGHT ON THE FOLLOWING DAY.
  2. DRAFT MARKING ON THE VSL BE CLEAR AND VISIBLE AT ALL SIDES.
  3. NO FRESH WATER, BUNKER & PROVISIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT SHT.
  4. THE TIME AND COSTS REQUIRED BY THE VESSEL FOR TRIMMING DURING LOADING WILL BE ON VESSEL’S ACCOUNT.
